Metro Aerospace manufactures the Microvanes and the Locating Fixture tool used to install the Microvanes by leveraging leading-edge technology, Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing). Our products are produced using both Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Additive Manufacturing processes and equipment, using light-weight, composite materials for both.

As the speed of innovation seems to approach that of sound, we can also quickly make adjustments and design changes without expensive rework.
